In exceptional circumstances, eg, if a GPR is returning to training after a period
of maternity leave or sickness absence, only has a few months to complete, and also
falls between the two Single Route diets, they may be allowed to submit a video
via the COGPED-only route after 31 July
2007. However they will need to seek the Deanery and NOSA prior approval to do so.

In exceptional circumstances, eg, if a GPR is returning to training after a period
of maternity leave or sickness absence and only has a few months to complete – they
may be allowed to submit an audit or NPMS after
31 July 2008. This will probably only apply to GPRs who have already completed the
MCQ and Consulting Skills components of SA. However they will need to seek the Deanery
and NOSA prior approval to do so.
*** The trainers report is the only component of SA which will
continue to be routinely available after
31 July 2008 – but will only be for GPRs who have already completed the other three
SA components.
