Results of individual components

GP Registrars will not normally be advised of the results of the submission as follows:

Receive result from

  1. COGPED Audit until at least 5 weeks after its arrival in the Deanery Office.

Deanery Offices

  1. COGPED Video until at least 8 weeks after its arrival in the Deanery Office.
  1. COGPED MCQ examination until at least 2 weeks after the MCQ examination.
  1. The MRCGP MCQ and consulting skills (video) module, on a specific date in mid July for the summer examination session and in mid December for the winter examination session.

  1. 5. The Simulated patient Surgery examination within 2 weeks (this may be greater during period of office closure)

  1. The National Project Marking Schedule, not normally until at least 5 weeks following date of submission

National Project Marking Schedule Unit

GP Registrars' results of the Simulated patient Surgery and the National Project Marking Schedule will be communicated both to the GP Registrar and to the host Deanery office simultaneously.

Results of the summative assessment process are sent to GP Registrars and their GP Trainer(s) unless the GP Registrar specifically issues instructions to the contrary.
