Requirements of National Assessors
In addition to the requirements
for Deanery assessors...
- Audits referred to the national panel should be assessed by
2 national COGPED Audit assessors independently.
- After marking the audit, contact their national
co-assessor and discuss the audit and agree the
outcome before returning the marking schedule to the referring
Deanery Office.
- Audits for quality control should be assessed by 1 national
COGPED Audit assessor only
- Complete and return the evaluation forms SA-03 or SA-04 to the
National Office after assessing the COGPED audit. This form will be
sent with the audits.
- Inform the National Office of any change in circumstance, ie
change of secure address or when unavailable for any length of time
to assess submissions.
