Does the MRCGP MCQ exempt me from taking the COGPED MCQ?
 Yes
it does! GP Registrars for the MRCGP examination irrespective of whether
they pass or fail the examination overall, but who satisfy the examiners
that their performance in the MRCGP MCQ is adequate (Pass or Pass with
Merit), will be issued with a letter from the College to this effect.
You should send this letter to your Deanery Office at the same time
as your final VTR1. The Deanery Office will return the letter from the
College to you together with the signed VTR1.
